This year I installed a new Maxwell windlass with all 5/16" G40 Chain, a chain stopper, and the Rocna. I love the way the anchor looks on the bow, and so far, we have anchored in various bottoms, as well as in 45' of water in a 45 knot gale for 8 hours. I have learned to trust this anchor, and I am able to sleep at night. I recommend it to sailors almost monthly. We also get a lot of people asking us what that "thing" is on the bow. I also really like the way it self-stows in the roller. The only modification I had to make was to drop my roller fairlead down one notch.;– Charles Lelievre, owner SV Ambition, Westport CT USA. It is 90cm long (60cm on the deck) and 7mm stainless steel with two nice integrated cleats for easy and quick fixation of the anchor with a robe. The only thing that I changed was the upper polyurethane roller, I made a small modification, now the anchor shaft rolls automatic in the middle and it stows away the anchor conveniently.;– Paul Willems, SV Zilver, Netherlands.
